Job Description:
Document preparation in both English and Indonesian
Coordinating meetings and appointments as well as managing detail agendas
Supporting the Board of Director
Administrative support
Handle Petty Cash
Qualification:
Candidates must have high standards of personal integrity- Female, age maximum 27 years old- Minimum diploma (DIII) in secretary - Preferrably Tarakanita graduate- Working experience maximum 2 years. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply- Good English ability both written and oral- Computer literate (Microsoft office is a must)- Self motivated and able to handle multiple tasks- Excellent communication skills- Good looking and attitude- High attention to detail and an eye for accuracy- Proficient in filling systems
